I offer 1:1 personal training and nutrition coaching which I can tailor to help you reach your own personal goals. After our initial consultation and assessment, we will discuss your goals, set some targets and create a bespoke programme in order to help you achieve them. The most important thing when starting out on your training programme will be consistency, behaviour change, and forming healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
Depending on your goals, the main focus would be on Weight Training, proven to be the most effective tool for fat loss, muscle gain and body recomposition. We would also include some HIIT and Cardio to improve endurance, stamina and overall health – my aim is to make each session fun, fresh and enjoyable, that way it will be sustainable and for life!
My main area of interest is women’s health, wellbeing and fitness, with functional exercise that mirrors real-life situations, all of which aid us in our day to day living, thus enhancing our long term bone and muscle health as we age and go through the menopause

What to expect from your initial consultation: I will gather some personal information about you, ask you to complete a PAR-Q, discuss your current lifestyle, activity and fitness levels, likes and dislikes, other commitments, discuss any barriers to exercise and good nutrition you may have, and what your happy outcome would be.
If you wish to continue, we can formalise the arrangement and complete some additional paperwork and physical assessments relevant to your goals. We will then be good to go!

Per Single Session - £40 per hour
Block of 12 hourly sessions - £430 (A Saving of £50)
At my home: Per Single Session - £30 per hour
Block of 12 hourly sessions - £330 (A saving of £30)
My Personal Training Block will include practical guidance on making healthy choices and independent workouts between sessions.
