I am 57 years old and discovered weight training at the age of 49 when I joined a gym and decided to utilise the services of a Personal Trainer. With a busy family life, I was struggling to find the time for myself and I thought this would give me the extra motivation to reach my goals and hold me accountable. I have never looked back.
I successfully completed my Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training 3 years ago and more recently, as a Level 4 Nutrition Coach. In addition, I have completed CPD courses, Menopause Movement Specialist, Pure Lifting, Pure Kettlebell, Pure Padwork and Fitness Professionals Toolkit.
I believe the role of a Personal Trainer is constantly evolving and I am committed to continuing with my own personal development. This will not only further my skills but will also enhance the type of training I can offer. You may want to make some positive life changes, improve your health, fitness and general wellbeing.
I have been on that journey myself and now wish to share this with others who may find themselves in the same position I was in 7 years ago. This is the lifestyle I live, this is the lifestyle I believe in.
