I am 60 years old and discovered weight training at the age of 49 when I joined a gym and decided to utilise the services of a Personal Trainer. With a busy family life, I was struggling to find the time for myself and I thought this would give me the extra motivation to reach my goals and hold me accountable. I have never looked back.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2018 and successfully completed my Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training. In 2022 I qualified as a Level 4 Nutrition Coach. I have also completed CPD courses in Menopause Movement Specialist, Ante and Post Natal Coaching, Pure Lifting, Pure Kettlebell, Pure Padwork and a Fitness Professionals Toolkit.
I have been on that journey myself and now wish to share this with others who may find themselves in the same position I was in when I began my journey. This is the lifestyle I live, this is the lifestyle I believe in.
